About Me

I am Olivia Gruss. A lifelong performer, artist, coach, and mother of two.


I’ve been training for nearly 30 years, starting with gymnastics, classical dance, swimming, and horse riding. Movement has always been at the heart of who I am. I’ve performed on stages across the world, and pushed my body to its limits through discipline, passion, and purpose.

The human body fascinates me, and how much it is truly capable of when we challenge it with intention. I’ve always loved setting myself a goal and working hard until I achieve it. That mindset shaped everything I do.


As a movement lover, I’ve also spent years studying the science behind it. I hold multiple certifications in coaching, training, nutrition, flexibility, and recovery. But the most powerful learning came from living it. Testing, refining, and discovering what really works by doing it all myself.

I created Rebel Hybrid Training to bring all of that together. It is a method built from everything I have lived, learned, and loved. A combination of control, strength, flexibility, and mindset. It is not just about looking a certain way. It is about building a body that can move, feel, and live fully.

I am a rebel against “I can’t.”


I believe in movement, in mastery, and in the strength we all carry.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment needed. This program uses only your body, and it can be done anywhere. At home, at the gym, or outside. You just need space to move and the willingness to start.

Is this for beginners only?

This program is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to movement after a break. But even if you’re more experienced, it’s a powerful reset to improve your control, mobility, and movement quality.

How much time does it take?

The sessions are short, focused, and effective. Most workouts take between 30 and 40 minutes. It’s not about doing more, it’s about moving better, staying consistent, and building real strength over time.
